Recently, Nicole Dotta has been named the Managing Director of the Lehigh Valley region with The High Center at Elizabethtown College. Prior to joining The High Center, Dotta, a Lehigh Valley native, spent the last 25 years entrenched in the Lehigh Valley business community.

“We are excited about the growth that we have seen for the High Center in the Lehigh Valley,” The High Center’s Managing Director of the Berks County region, Scott Burky said. “Under Nicole’s leadership in the Lehigh Valley, we look forward to continuing to build awareness of the resources The High Center provides to family-owned and privately-held businesses in the region.”

Since 2010, Dotta has served various roles with the Bethlehem-based nonprofit ArtsQuest. Initially helping the organization develop new events with other area nonprofits, she quickly transformed her role into one that not only created new programming but also led directly to new partnerships and sponsorships. Dotta was instrumental in ArtsQuest quadrupling its programming for the region.

Beginning her career in publishing at Lehigh Valley Business (formally Eastern PA Business Journal) and The Morning Call newspaper, Dotta had spent over a decade in circulation sales, public relations, and marketing.

In 2016, she was recognized as a Forty Under 40 honoree by Lehigh Valley Business. This award recognizes 40 rising stars in business, industry and other fields, including in health care, insurance, engineering, wealth management, law and marketing. She was selected for her commitment to business growth, professional excellence and the community.

With a passion for community service and volunteerism, Dotta has sat on countless boards over the years. Some of those that she has supported include the Emmaus Main Street Board, the Downtown Bethlehem Association, Literacy Center’s Story Book Breakfast Committee, YWCA, Citizens Christmas City Committee. She has volunteered her time as a Coach for the Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley and most recently served on the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In addition, she has been a strong advocate for Alzheimer’s Awareness, both as a speaker and volunteer.

Dotta is a 2007 graduate of Moravian University, the College of Continuing Studies with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Dotta is a resident of Northampton, Pa. where she lives with her husband and two boys.
