Elizabethtown College’s Dance Team (ECDT) is set to perform its 13th annual One Elle of A Night fundraiser in Leffler Chapel and Performance Center on Friday, March 24 at 7 p.m. to raise money for the Elle Foundation.
Tickets can be purchased at $3 for students and $5 for non-students, with all proceeds from the event going toward the Elle Foundation.
“One Elle of a Night is so special because it’s an opportunity for us to celebrate all of our hard work throughout the year while raising money for a charity we’re passionate about,” said Co-Captain Heather Guthrie ’24.
The Elle Foundation is a non-profit organization focusing on providing children suffering from recurrences of pediatric cancer a moment of reprieve through granting their wishes with help from collaborative fundraising events and performances. The ECDT has been in regular collaboration with the foundation and has been performing this event annually since 2010.
Along with the ECDT, additional Etown student groups will also be putting on a performance in support of the fundraiser such as Phalanx, Vocalign, Melica, Emotion, and Mad Cow Improv. Members from the local E-Dance community dance center will be on hand to perform at the event as well.
Throughout the years of hosting One Elle of a Night, Etown’s Dance Team has raised over $22,000 for the Elle Foundation.
