Recently, the third edition of Elizabethtown College Professor of Social Work Susan Mapp’s book, Human Rights and Social Justice in a Global Perspective,<\/em><\/a> was published. The book covers a wide variety of topics affecting people\u2019s human rights around the world including human trafficking, child labor, and AIDS. This most recent edition includes expanded content on the issues affecting refugees and asylum-seekers as the world sees the highest numbers of those fleeing their homes since World War II, as well as up-to-date research on the growing devastation caused by the climate crisis.<\/p>\n
