With a network of 24,425 living alumni, our graduates leave Etown to become the influential advocates and changemakers the world needs more of.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Meet Michael Behounek &#8217;11, a Business Administration alumnus and Institutional Investment Strategy Manager at <\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seic.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">SEI<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. Nearly 15 years later, I\u2019m still close with the same core group of friends, and we love reminiscing about the memories we created together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">How has your Etown degree benefitted you and your career success?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Etown equipped me to become a well-rounded individual, ready to face the challenges of the world. The diverse perspectives, people, and experiences I encountered every day on campus shaped me into who I am today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">How have you made a difference in the lives of others through your career\u00a0and\/or personal life?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">While asset management is often viewed as just handling investments, I see it as a chance to make a meaningful impact. At my company, we don\u2019t just manage money, we build partnerships, supporting institutions as if we\u2019re part of their team. Whether <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">we are<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> hosting leadership programs for future finance professionals or sponsoring initiatives for healthcare foundations, we\u2019re committed to helping our clients succeed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What is your passion? Where do you place your energy besides your career?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">My greatest passion is my family. My wife and boys mean the world to me, and spending quality time with them is where I focus my energy outside of work.
