Chaos ensues, and guests must work to dispel rumors, cover-ups, and mistaken identities in a witty and comedic fashion.

“Rumors is such a wild ride, and I cannot wait to bring the campus community into our space to experience easily the funniest show we’ve put on in several years,” Student Assistant Director Sarah Jakubowski ’26 said. “There are so many amazingly talented students, staff, and guest artists working together to make this happen, and we are all beyond thrilled to share what we’ve spent all semester putting together.”

Tempest Theatre’s set design for the play will be their most ambitious in recent years. It includes multiple stories, doorways, and several fun surprises to enhance the high-energy comedy in the show.
