A total of 21 students were granted 23 competitive awards, which marked a 52% increase in accolades compared to the previous academic year and the highest-ever total for the College.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cBy earning these renowned awards and fellowships, these exceptional students have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to academics and their perseverance in achieving their goals,\u201d Elizabethtown College President Betty Rider said. \u201cWe are proud to celebrate these Blue Jays and their remarkable mentors at Etown, whose guidance and support have been instrumental in their academic achievements and life pursuits.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The following Etown students received scholarships and fellowships:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Aida Andino-Guzman \u201926<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Benjamin A. At least six grants of $1,000 each are to provide enrichment opportunities for high-achieving Etown students in their pursuit of research, study, and travel experiences advancing their particular course of study during the summer.
