Elizabethtown College honored Wes Bricker ’00, the 2025-26 Educate For Service: Service Through Professional Achievement Award recipient, at the annual High Center Business Forum on Wednesday, March 18.
“Wes has remained deeply connected to Etown, generously sharing his time and expertise with our students while exemplifying what it means to lead with integrity,” Elizabethtown College President Betty Rider said. “His professional accomplishments and profound influence in the global business community, along with his commitment to mentoring the next generation of Blue Jays, make him truly deserving of this honor.”
Bricker, who earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Etown, serves as the Global Assurance Leader at PwC, a world-leading professional services network that helps clients create value through quality assurance, tax, and advisory services. He is a recognized expert on leadership in the global market and has been named in Accounting Today’s 100 Most Influential People in Accounting list for five consecutive years.
“Etown gave me the start to a service-oriented career,” Bricker said. “That has helped me, particularly in my business today, where we focus on accountability and accounting and governance and integrity. Not only seeing the black and the white, but also the gray values and using judgment are critical.”
At the forum, Bricker was presented with the award, which is among the most distinguished given to alumni of the College who demonstrate a commitment to the institution’s motto, Educate for Service. His Educate for Service story was shared at the event.
