Recently, Elizabethtown College’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) partnered with the United States Department of Defense (DoD) to offer a 15% tuition discount on educational programs that enhance the skills and professional development of all DoD employees (including active duty, civilian members, and reservists) as well as their spouses and dependents.

“We are thrilled to now be so closely aligned with this branch of our federal government,” Elizabethtown College SGPS Director of Corporate Partnerships, Chris D’Imperio said. “The immense value of the contributions they provide across our country can not be understated and are incredibly appreciated, so we are honored to give back to their employees and their families with these exceptional educational opportunities offered through Etown’s School of Graduate & Professional Studies.”

The tuition discount will apply to SGPS undergraduate and graduate-level programs, as well as the micro-credentialing platform Etown Edge, which offers over 300 affordable courses through self-paced modules across a variety of in-demand fields.

“As with all of our partnerships, Letterkenny Army Depot is grateful to work with Elizabethtown College to enhance opportunities for our workforce,” Letterkenny Army Depot Strategic Integrator in the Skills Development Office Directorate of Strategic Management, Jennifer Coccagna said. “We are excited about sharing these resources that are available to DoD employees with our team to assist in their personal development.”

Aligned with the College’s Educate for Service mission, Etown also provides academic support services for veterans which includes a dedicated VA Certifying Official on campus, assigning an advisor to each student, providing dedicated parking and study spaces on campus, and offering access to Counseling Services.
