A highlight of New Student Orientation in the fall, the Blue Jay Walk (formerly First-Year Walk) helps new students get acquainted with each other and our local community. Students walk through downtown Elizabethtown to visit local businesses, interact with their fellow Blue Jays, and enjoy learning about the downtown community.
Incoming students and their Peer Mentors meet on campus to begin the memorable walk, making their way downtown together to explore the community before wrapping up the afternoon with a frozen treat at Rita’s Italian Ice on Market Street.
