Elizabethtown College Occupational Therapy major, Josephine Hunter ’24, has been awarded a Jo Anne J. Trow Undergraduate Scholarship from the Alpha Lambda Delta (ALD) National Honor Society.
“When I received the news that I was selected for this scholarship, I was shocked and honored to have been selected among the many other deserving students from colleges around the country,” Hunter said. “Receiving this scholarship has shown me that I need to be confident in my abilities and the skills that I have acquired throughout my time here at Etown.”
The ALD National Honor Society accepts students who excelled with a 3.5 GPA or higher in their first academic year of higher education.
Created in honor of former ALD President, Jo Ann J. Trow, the scholarship intends to reward an outstanding member of Alpha Lambda Delta. The ALD annually awards 50 Trow Undergraduate scholarships to students each year.
