The College’s incoming student enrollment is up for the past three consecutive years
This fall, Elizabethtown College will welcome its largest incoming class since 2015 as enrollment is up again for the third consecutive year. A total of 476 first-year students will join the Class of 2026 along with 49 new transfer students. The total incoming class of 525 represents a nearly nine-percent increase over the previous year.
“We are excited to welcome the newest members of our Blue Jay community to campus soon,” Elizabethtown College President Betty Rider said. “We offer competitive academic programs taught by highly-talented faculty who become mentors to our students with a well-rounded student experience that is woven into our Educate for Service mission and I truly believe the dynamic combination appeals to the 21st-century student.”
Elizabethtown College continues to add high-demand majors, this year adding Healthcare Administration as a new bachelor’s program along with new minors in Marketing, Medical Humanities, and Technical Communications. These add to already highly sought-after programs like Occupational Therapy, Engineering, Biology, Business, Education, Humanities, and Political Science.
