Sara C. Arndt ‘18 was announced as the Director of Success at Saxton & Stump, a full-service law firm in Pennsylvania serving businesses by providing legal and consulting services in a wide range of practice areas.

Arndt, who graduated from Etown’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, assumes Saxton & Stump’s new executive-level position after previously spending 15 years at The Hershey Company where she served in various roles overseeing client service and project management.
“Etown has played a pivotal role in my career progression,” said Arndt. “I was attracted by the flexibility of the program for working adults, but the quality of education and facilitators proved to be instrumental in my success.”
Arndt’s new role is unique in the legal profession as she will focus on recruiting attorneys to join Saxton & Stump, while also helping them succeed by fully integrating them into the law firm and their partner companies.
“My education from Etown was both broad and deep, giving me a solid foundation to leverage as I help our attorneys take advantage of all the ways our firm adds value for clients,” said Arndt.
