Elizabethtown College Associate Professor of Biology Dr. David Bowne published his short story, “The Anticlimatic Conspiracy” in the online journal, The Satirist. A scientist by training and a writer by inclination, Bowne has now published four works of fiction in the past year.
Bowne’s entertaining satire piece centers on a climate conspiracy theorist who was kidnapped by an autonomous Ford Focus after unraveling the truth of a world-wide plan to intentionally accelerate global climate change.
The Satirist is an online publication that features original works of satire, parody, and “fake news”, fiction and poems, as well as book reviews, movie reviews, and essays.
