First-year, transfer, and a group of student leaders moved in last week as Elizabethtown College welcomed its first students on campus for the fall 2020 semester. As a precautionary measure, all students were tested for COVID-19 and quarantined until their results were received.
A weekend of safe and socially distant activities was held for students to get more acquainted with Etown including an outdoor bingo night. Students enjoyed the traditional game outside in socially distant circles. The intentionally designed circles are created for small groups and individuals to sit within six-feet distance apart from one another outside.
All students begin classes today, Monday, Aug. 24. Good luck this semester, Blue Jays!
