Elizabethtown College Professor of Physics Mark Stuckey recently published an article on the website ScienceX, titled “Quantum information theorists produce new ‘understanding’ of quantum mechanics.”
Stuckey’s article has already reached an impressive 700 shares through ScienceX, a network of high-quality websites that provides the comprehensive daily coverage of science, technology, and medical news.
In the article, Stuckey discusses a recently published paper he coauthored with Etown Professor of Mathematics Tim McDevitt and Etown Professor of Philosophy Michael Silberstein, “No Preferred Reference Frame at the Foundation of Quantum Mechanics.”
The three professors have been collaborating since 2005 to bring their backgrounds in philosophy, mathematics, and physics to bear on the mysteries of modern physics. In June 2022, their collaborative essay, “’Mysteries’ of Modern Physics and the Fundamental Constants c, h, and G,” received Honorable Mention for their collaborative essay in the Gravity Research Foundation 2021 Awards for Essays on Gravitation.
